Wight Retail Repair Disc's

Published by Administrator

Wight Retail is a leading supplier of Microsoft Windows Repair, Recovery and Operating System Installations.

Being a PC user, you probably have Microsoft Windows with a new PC or laptop, and if you're like 99% of the population, you get your new computer from one of the major manufacturers. Dell, Acer, HP, Toshiba, they all have one thing in common: they don't give you a real Windows installation disc with your purchase. Instead, they bundle what they call a "recovery disc" (that's if you're lucky - otherwise you'll have a recovery partition instead) with your machine and leave it at that.

The problem is, with Microsoft Windows, the installation media serves more than one purpose. It's not just a way to get Windows installed, it's also a way of recovering a corrupt installation. The Windows disc has a "recovery center" that provides you with the option of recovering your system via automated recovery (searches for problems and attempts to fix them automatically), rolling-back to a system restore point, recovering a full PC backup, or accessing a command-line recovery console for advanced recovery purposes.

By using the Wight Retail Microsoft Windows Repair and Install disc will remove this problem. You will be able to repair the operating system, and for more serious problems, format and re-install your version of Microsoft Windows.

We also supply 100% compatible software solutions for home and business users, offering excellent customer service backed by qualified computer engineers to assist you with your purchase.

SEO Help that's Free!

Published by Administrator

Being in business is not always easy and now more than ever that is especially true, that is why the Isle of Wight Business Directory always strives to lend a helping hand to any business that lists with us. Some Business Directories are fully automated or require reciprocal links that are really just designed to gain higher rankings for themselves rather than you and your business, whilst other Business Directories charge high listing fees in the hope that your desire for better rankings will lead you to part with your cash. It's true that there are some directories with high page rank on Google that may be worth paying to list on but as far as most are concerned it’s probably not worth it.

So you could pay for some SEO for your web site which can always help if you really don’t want to do it yourself but you need to be careful who you choose and check out exactly what methods they will use to gain you higher rankings as some methods can be short lived and others can be damaging in the long term to your rankings if your SEO optimizers have used link farms in order to manipulate your google page rank.

If you want to help your SEO then listing on a directory that is local or relevant to your business or website can help, and what can help further is if that directory then spreads your information (including keywords & phrases), business name, and web address further across the internet, which is exactly what we at The Isle of Wight Directory do and what’s more you get it for free, not bad eh? Well we want to help Island Business any way we can so if you have any suggestions then please get in touch.

Remember If you add a listing to iownet.co.uk it goes on our Facebook Page, it is also Tweeted and then Bookmarked on Delicious. If you add a Product, Voucher or Article then they are added to feeds that are also pinged to all major blog directories and search engines. This can help spread information and links to your business across the internet which in turn can help improve your ranking in google and other search engines or even get you noticed through social networks rather than just on Search Engines.

We will be adding more to help Isle of Wight Business in the near future and hope this site is of use to you.

A Day out at Amazon World

Published by marky

Ok so maybe winter is not the best time to visit an attraction, but Amazon World is open all year round and much of it is indoors and it's great for the little ones on a cold and miserable day, however I did think it would be a bit warmer inside. Well it was in February and it was a very cold day because you could still feel a slight chill in the air of the Tropical houses. All in all it was great fun and the little one loved it, especially getting so up close and personal with the tropical birds and Sloths.

Well laid out with a nice variety of animals both in cages and running free around you, plenty of fish too with a really big raised tank with glass walls so you can get right next to the Piranha, but don't put your fingers in! Enough to keep kids occupied for a couple of hours at least as you can go round as many times as you want once you've paid and had your hand stamped. Would be really nice on a fine summers day as there are outdoor play areas too, but they seemed to be locked off when we visited, only the toddlers area was open.

The shop is good too and as with most attractions of this type it's the last stop before the exit, but there's enough variety of stuffed animals and nik naks to suite most wallets and purses. Cafe was ok with fast service and the food was ok too, just don't expect top notch grub, more a few steps up from a roadside cafe.

Overall would recommend to any visitors to the Isle of Wight.
