Wherever possible make use of the <h1></h1> HTML title tags in your website pages and include your keywords and phrases in these titles. Make sure your web pages not only have relevant content but that any text within a page includes your keywords and phrases if possible around 10-12 times on average although try not to overdo it, your text still needs to be readable and make sense to humans. Try to vary the way in which you include your keywords for example instead of putting island substitute it for isle of wight, or if you are an 'isle of wight business' then maybe put 'we are a business on the isle of wight' or 'we are an isle of wight based business' and so on...

If you can optimize different pages for different keywords and phrases that you want to be found with this can also be useful so that different pages from your website will appear for different search terms and phrases.
